  • This is an at will agreement. Both parties can end the agreement at any time. In the event the contractor desires to pause or cancel services it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to update their account status (Active or Pause) using the online dashboard (https://app.contractorappointments.com/login.html). Requesting to pause or cancel an account via email is to be applied during the next business day Monday-Friday CST.
  • - Returns must be requested within 7 days of the original appointment date/time for any "eligible credit reason" below.
    - If an appointment is eligible for credit the original cost of the appointment will be added back into the contractor's dashboard as a “credit” toward future appointment fees.
    - All return requests are subject to verification by Contractor Appointments quality control team and and may be rejected for credit.
  • Here are some examples of returnable reasons:

    - The phone number or address is invalid.

    ​- No contact after a minimum of 12 attempts (6 texts, 6 calls), and the customer was not home (no-show) for an appointment.

    ​- The customer refuses the free estimate (states they have no need, interest, or desire for a free estimate).

    ​- The customer is a duplicate lead provided by Contractor Appointments or had an estimate from your company in the past 30 days.

    ​- The customer hired another contractor before the date and time of your appointment.

    - Property type is returnable for Windows + Bathrooms - this includes all home types and conditions (mobile, manufactured, single family, attached, and detached)



    Here Are Examples of Non-Returnable Reasons:

    - Property type is not returnable for Roofing + Siding - this includes all home types and conditions (mobile, manufactured, single family, attached, and detached)

    - Material Type unless specified by the available trades within your dashboard, ie metal roof.

    - Project Scope or Size. Not all projects will fall into your material or labor specialty.

    - Customer's financial status.

    - The customer reports the contractor failed to call and/or text confirming the appointment and reports the contractor did not show up for their originally scheduled appointment.

    - The customer refuses to reschedule because the contractor has a change in schedule, did not update their dashboard calendar, or due to weather.

    - Return requested more than 7 days from the customer’s originally scheduled appointment date and time.

    - Material Type unless specified by the available trades within your dashboard, ie metal roof.

    - Project Scope or Size. Not all projects will fall into your material or labor specialty.

    - Customer's financial status.

    - Return requested more than 7 days from the customer’s originally scheduled appointment date and time.
